Wednesday, a Cleveland County judge sentenced former Noble day care worker Melissa Clark to the life with the possibility of parole.
The jury is now deliberating the fate of 46-year-old Melissa Clark.
Melissa Clark, 46, is in trial this week charged with first degree murder.
The murder trial against Melissa Clark is expected to begin Monday.
